The service was awful. I spent three days calling trying to speak with the secretary/treasury and simply no one answered the phone. They only answered once because I was on hold for more than five minutes. Besides being dismissive, they don't do the bare minimum to help the students, and all I needed was information to re-enroll.
Imagine a university with terrible customer service: you call and no one answers. When they finally do, they put you on hold with music and then hang up on you. There's no other way to contact them besides going to the building, but even then, by the time you get there, you end up wasting your trip. A complete lack of respect!
UNIP is terrible, I don't recommend it, especially for distance learning. The campus offers no support whatsoever, their landline and WhatsApp numbers are practically nonexistent, the platform is weak, completely confusing, and even when they do answer, they give incorrect information! Don't fall into this trap!
Terrible service. I went for dental treatment and a professor didn't even properly examine my teeth before quoting a price that was more expensive than private care. The service was awful, arrogant people, truly terrible service. I hated it. They need to improve a lot. Horrible service, terrible college.
Very poor service for students or prospective students! I called several times and they just kept stalling me, avoiding resolving something that is simple and basic. I just wanted to know the discount I got on the exam to start the course.
Because I no longer have this information on the website!!!
Terrible service and the parking spaces aren't adequate for the number of students. What's the point of increasing the number of classrooms to accommodate more students if you don't increase the parking spaces enough? And the lab? It's a joke; you can still see old CRT computers running Windows XP.
The best university in Sorocaba and in Brazil. I am very grateful for everything I learned in my profession, thanks to the excellent faculty. The university has great facilities, accessibility, cutting-edge technology... In short, I only have fond memories of the good old days.
This college has terrible service; they don't provide any assistance to students. I can't get my questions answered because nobody knows anything. The course coordinator doesn't respond to emails, and when I try to speak to him in person, he's never at the college.
Excellent student service? I don't know where to find it! I call just for ONE piece of information and they can't answer without passing the buck to other people, and they don't make things any easier. If you can afford to study at another institution, do it.
I had a dental implant done, and during the most important moments of the process, the professors guided the professional who was in the learning phase.
I have a suggestion: REMOVE GLOBO NETWORK FROM THE PROGRAMMING.
The whole country would thank you.
