This college is completely disrespectful!! Enrolling was incredibly bureaucratic, and when I started the course, attended classes, completed assignments, and the professors evaluated me, they simply suspended my access. I called to find out what had happened and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. A complete waste of time and money!!
Don't go to college here. The system didn't calculate my grades, the system was broken all year, the professors are mediocre, very few are any good, and if you need to resolve something at the administration office, forget it. They only want to receive your money and never resolve any requests. It was the worst experience of my life.
The college doesn't offer student support. They put two employees to work at the Student Support Center (CAA) and attend to dozens of people, not to mention those who give up in the giant line that forms early in the day, and those who decide not to even wait in line because they realize how long they can wait. It's disrespectful.

I'm studying civil aviation at the Vila Olímpia campus, and the college itself is very good. The real problem is the hybrid classes implemented by the Anima system, which don't work well for my course. Also, my campus is very small and doesn't have enough space for some sports and practical classes in some subjects.

The WhatsApp customer service is awful; I didn't even have a chance to explain what I was looking for. The representative, Raissa B, ended the call without even listening to my questions. I'm looking for a university to do a postgraduate degree, and I'm ruling out the possibility of enrolling in this institution.
Great college. Most of the reported problems have to do with people who don't bother to read the rules and regulations, don't check the deadlines, or forget that it's a college and has to obey the rules of the Ministry of Education, not a bakery where the clerk will do what you want just because you're paying.
The classroom infrastructure is poor, the teaching is dilapidated, the psychology clinic had a broken air conditioner, making it uncomfortable for patients and staff. The college offers no support in providing internship placements and fails students if they cannot find an institution that will accept them.
They increased the monthly fee by 200 reais without prior notice.
I wasn't informed at the time of enrollment that they would do this (reduce the discount amount), I was only informed that there would be one annual price adjustment according to inflation, and I was surprised by this additional increase.
I'm giving it 1 star because it's unfortunate that the only campus near the metro station doesn't have laboratories for practical classes in the health courses. I love the online platform, but when there are practical classes you have to go all the way to Interlagos, which is a very inaccessible area.

I haven't been able to get in touch for over 7 days, and I've missed 3 days of class because I can't resolve the problem! No one answers WhatsApp, and the phone just rings! I thought I'd get some help, being a new student, especially coming from another institution, but they're all the same.
