I think it's ridiculous that you have a number that doesn't offer the option to speak to an operator, and you sent a payment slip to my account even though I didn't agree to anything with you. This is robbery because the woman who assisted me spoke without any commitment, and then I see this and I can't even get in touch with you...
Terrible service! I need to resolve something urgently and the service takes hours, with the employees chatting while the queue gets longer and longer. I missed a day of class trying to resolve this. Total disregard for the students, they only want to bring in more and more people but don't care about quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This college is all about money; you have to pay to get a transcript and a certificate of completion. Students already pay a lot to study, and now they have to pay for a simple piece of paper. I don't recommend it, I would never study at this college again. It's all name and no substance. I'm disappointed with everything!
If you want to pay for an in-person college and only have online classes, this is the right place. That's right, you pay a lot for an in-person college and have online classes. Besides that, the online exams don't have a great server and crash all the time. The professors are great, but the institution is terrible.
Terrible is an understatement for this institution. They have no commitment to the student, they don't answer the phone, and they're incredibly disorganized. They really have no interest in helping you. Just taking the entrance exam is a hassle. The course fee is one thing, but the bill is another... God forbid!
Terrible college, decaying infrastructure, dirty bathrooms, and a lack of water on a campus of this size. At the secretary's office, we have to wait an hour to be seen. What saves it are a few excellent professors, but when the classrooms are overcrowded, which is what happens, it doesn't make much difference.
Excellent institution!!! Modern procedures!! User-friendly applications! Incredible professors! I'm in my final year of Civil Engineering and will graduate in July 2025. Yes, there are some problems or aspects that could be improved! However, it is one of the leading private educational institutions in Brazil!
I'm a former student, I enjoyed studying at Barão, the infrastructure is great. I finished my course in 2020. But Barão is very elitist, everything is designed to squeeze money out of the student, there's a lack of empathy from management towards the student, in short, I left disappointed with some things.
Don't fall for it, I enrolled in an online postgraduate course and it only caused me stress. The professors don't answer questions, they give you a test that's almost impossible to access, and then they block access to the classes. Not to mention charging you for a payment before it's due. Total regret.
Excellent service, doctors and the entire team, from nursing to cleaning, kitchen, and hygiene staff, are highly qualified, top-notch, polite, and give their best. Congratulations to the whole team, Dr. Caii, Dr. Talles, Professor Daniel, nursing, ICU, Dr. Caio, among others, and the anesthesiologist.
