Yes, ULBRA is having financial problems, but it's still a good option if you want to study. The student is made by themselves. This place is well located, beautiful, has a very good library, and excellent professors (Mozara, Gabriela, Honor, Maria Alice... I don't want credit points because I already passed their classes hahaha).
One of the best universities to study at, I highly recommend it. The professors do everything possible and impossible for their students, the staff are helpful and charismatic. The place is extremely large and very beautiful, the students are of different genders and ideologies, which makes the classes interesting and productive.
Terrible university, disorganized, they don't value their students, all that matters is the tuition fee. The disorganization is so bad that they didn't even renew the contract with the city of Canoas for mandatory internships. There is no support for students. I wouldn't recommend this garbage university to anyone.
I've been a student at Ulbra since 2018/2. The university is a joke; they don't provide guidance to students, they don't answer the main phone or the coordination office's phone. As if the stress students face during final exams wasn't enough, Ulbra decides to maintain scholarships at the end of the semester.
Garbage! Due to administrative problems. I chose Ulbra as my university believing it to be honest and ethical, and today I understand why you have lost your reputation as an academic university. I am ashamed to graduate with a degree in Administration from a university that can't even manage its own affairs.
It has the structure and potential to be a great hospital, but it's run by young people who are only concerned with money and parties. The vast majority of the staff there are awful, provide poor service, and still think they're always right—all spoiled rich kids who went into medicine just for the money!
I started my studies at the university this semester. Due to the financial shortfall caused a few years ago, it's noticeable that the university is restructuring. The teaching is excellent, the library is very well-equipped, and I find the location very good, with easy access to BR-116 and BR-448 highways.
If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. The service for students is terrible, especially for distance learning students; they only work when they want to. Seriously, if you have another university option, go to the other one. They never manage to resolve anything, and the phone service is just for show.
The customer support service is terrible. I've been requesting a duplicate of my diploma since November, which I lost in the flood, and still nothing. Today I contacted them and the representative said they could only help me on Tuesday because it's a holiday ?. For God's sake, what a hassle. …
My father was hospitalized with respiratory problems, and I'm extremely surprised at how wonderful Ulbra is. Congratulations to the super friendly staff, the spotless room, the excellent service, and they performed several tests on him. Thank you so much for everything; everything was perfect.
