Thank you so much to the orthopedics team and everyone at station M120. They gave me a new ACL after I tore it, the operation went perfectly, and the care I received after was outstanding. I prepared for the worst, but the friendliness and professionality of the staff made everything so, so much better.
I strongly advise against scheduling a diagnostic here, not waste your time for waiting. Even with an appointment, I had to wait over an hour the first time, and more than two hours the next. It’s unclear why they make time slots available on Doctolib if patients are kept waiting so long anyway.
Do not expect wonders at their HNO department.. after waiting for 5 hours and leaving my kids at home, they changed my treatment, and did not want to proceed after they have promised a solution and coming to a conclusion. They asked me to make a new appointment somewhere else
Against its reputation of being the best hospital in Germany, the medical personnel is inexperienced, incompetent, and rude. Given the amount of negative reviews over the years, it's clear that the hospital direction has no interest in improving its reputation, neither do I.
I visited this hospital when my young daughter need emergency services. However, they did not have a Paediatrician (which is very strange) and redirected us to a different campus. The staff woman who coordinated with my wife during this was very polite and empathetic.
Hi, I'd like to say that they probably try their best, but unless you are dying don't use the Emergency service if you can go to a general doctor. Apparently it's the hospital number 1 in Germany right now but I haven't had the chance to witness such a wonder today.
Never go to the emergency room here unless you're literally dying.... otherwise you will be sent on an endless bureaucratic loop from office to office until you feel that you actually need to be hospitalized for sheer frustration at the rude and incompetent staff!
I can't judge from the perspective of a patient, but as a (non-medical) student at the university, I always liked coming here for interdisciplinary seminars and similar events. The architecture is really impressive and I always felt like going back in time a bit.
Horrible ! After more 10 hours of waiting I. The ER and jumping from a doc to another , they told me that “we can’t tell what’s wrong with you so go home and then your general doctor”! Which I have already been to ! Endless loops of stupid referrals!
Unethical and indifferent. Don’t bother going to ER if you are a foreigner even if you have your eu health card or had your insurance take care of the appointment, they don’t care. Some lady will not let you speak and ask you for 100€ until you leave.
