Terrible service, they don't answer the phone, they have no respect for the applicants, you send a message and they don't even reply, and when they do, it's with poor and cold phrases. Furthermore, they don't release attendance lists and have absolutely no organization regarding the entrance exams. TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION.
Terrible service, I call and no one answers, the customer service department gives empty responses, they pass the problem back and forth and don't resolve anything. I already received confirmation that my discount was applied incorrectly and they still haven't solved my problem.
Great place, great service. Barreiras needs this for the population that can't afford it. I just thought there should be an agreement with laboratories and clinics to carry out the tests; we couldn't schedule some through the public health system (SUS). 9 out of 10. Thanks.

Terrible service, they don't solve students' problems, much less respond to their messages. We send messages and both administrators and some professors see them but don't reply. A place that teaches undergraduate courses and there's no ethics or education?
The best university in Barreiras, rated 5 by the MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education) in its nursing and biomedicine programs, offering high-quality education, a large and comprehensive library, and a good common area with cafeterias and a copy center!
The customer service via phone, email, and social media for answering questions is terrible. They should hire compassionate people who are genuinely willing to help. Today, we are giving up on a dream at this institution because of the awful service.
It's a very comprehensive and inclusive university center. The facilities are well-planned and air-conditioned. The laboratories are state-of-the-art. The professors are all qualified and competent. It has some flaws, but overall, it's high quality.

A horrible experience. I enrolled, paid, and when I messaged to find out when classes would start, they stopped responding, only reading my messages. I called many times, but no one answered. In the end, I had to cancel before it even started.
