I arrived at 9 am to go to customer service, as per the hours listed here, and it only opens at 12 pm. Nobody answers the phone to ask questions! I went another day at 5 pm and customer service was closed because there was only one employee and she was at lunch. Seriously, a mess! I'm still begging for service.
Terrible lack of respect for students. I always paid on time, completed and submitted all the assignments, and guess what they did? They made my work disappear! Every semester it disappeared, and I complained constantly. Now, at the end of the 6th semester, where is my thesis? Where did you put it? ? …
This well-known university in our city offers several bachelor's degree programs in both in-person and distance learning formats. The physical education program is easily accessible, as it's located on a main road that runs through our city, with numerous bus lines and a light rail station nearby.
Very poorly organized and the students lack experience. I went through 3 screenings, diverting the solution from what I was looking for. They arranged for 3 more of my teeth to be worked on, indicating that they collect money from the prostheses they want to make. I'll never go back. Beware!!!!
I graduated from law school a month ago.
I'm writing to congratulate the entire coordination team, especially Dr. Monika. And also the law school's administrative office; they provided all my documentation with extreme speed. In addition to being helpful and attentive. 1000 out of 1000!!!!
My salary was reduced, I went through the ordeal of a huge debt, I was blocked from classes for 2 months, and then it snowballed. I paid 2,000 reais in debt and now Unimes isn't giving me any support, neither for the time I've already studied nor a discount for resuming my studies ?? …

I completed my Literature degree in 2014, received my diploma on time, and had no problems whatsoever with Unimes. There was a minor issue with the person in charge of the campus, but nothing to do with the institution as a whole. I plan to pursue a specialization at Unimes soon.
It's an excellent institution, but the administrative area is very bureaucratic and inefficient, especially the distance learning postgraduate department; it's a complete disgrace. The ombudsman's office hasn't responded to me or followed up on this reported neglect to this day.
I found the college to be very well organized, with a good reception area, great sports facilities like the weight room, a small but amazing pool (well-chlorinated), an incredible food court (it looks like a shopping mall food court), and a wonderful auditorium. I loved it!
