Unfortunately, I chose this institution, but if you have a choice like I did, don't choose UNAMA. It's the worst institution for student support. If you have problems with UNAMA, you have two options: either accept it and continue, or file a lawsuit, because the institution never resolves anything.

The student services are awful, and the current civil engineering administration doesn't care about the students at all. If you want to study at UNAMA, think twice, go to IESPES, I think it's the only decent private university in Santarém.

Stay away from this "university," or any university in the so-called educational group. Zero support, zero problem-solving (don't bother trying). But if you want to DONATE your money to them without expecting anything in return except (terrible content), go ahead and enroll.
Nobody answers anything, there's no contact, customer service is only for billing, the staff are uncommitted, they don't solve anything, they don't answer when we call, I'm having a problem with my grade because they didn't put my name on the attendance sheet.
As a professor of medicine, I feel very welcome; the course is well-structured as it is part of the SER educational group, and it is supported by a coordination team that is completely aligned with excellence in teaching to train highly competent doctors.

This institution is terrible when it comes to providing information to students. The phones NEVER work. If you send an email, you have to pray for a reply. They advertise so much only to show what they are not. The facilities themselves are …
Unfortunately, the institution leaves much to be desired in terms of student support. It's terrible at times, generating a great deal of dissatisfaction among students. For those not yet familiar with remote support, I do not recommend it.

Terrible service and terrible management, both in person and online. They take ages to respond, I contacted them requesting a specific document and it was never sent. I'm so lucky and relieved I don't have to study at that place anymore.
