A public university with great qualities. It has a very spacious campus filled with green areas. These spaces strengthen learning with technology, and it also has an excellent teaching staff. The administration is very empathetic with the student body, most of whom are from the entire department of Magdalena and its rural areas.
It's a very beautiful place; despite not having much nature, you tend to feel very comfortable and peaceful. On the other hand, there are spaces where you can enjoy sports, either alone or in a group, and last but not least, there are the classrooms with different environments where teacher-student interaction is a joy.
The university has a very pleasant campus. The buildings are modern and air-conditioned. My favorite part is the central lake. The nature on campus is very pleasant, especially the ancient trees. I've been visiting the university for over 20 years. Every time I return, I find it more beautiful and better maintained.
It's the place where education, science, and technology come together in perfect balance, making this place a truly wonderful place. You can walk while watching the wildlife roam its paths, take classes while listening to the birds sing, and watch the sunrises as the Sierra Nevada mountains awaken in the background.
It's an institution to which I owe a lot. It has believed in the talent of many people and continues to open the door to many more. Regarding the facilities themselves, although nothing is perfect, you can feel the sense of belonging among the people and notice their constant growth and improvement.
I was at the international book fair, FilSmar 2023. There was a wide variety of titles for all tastes and price points. There were also some book signings, and overall it was very pleasant, as there was also a food court. These spaces are definitely worth a visit; reading is one of life's pleasures.
