Amazing campus, with lots of greenery and beautiful spaces. Access is easy from the Trensurb train station via the free shuttle bus that departs from the station and has 5 stops on campus. There are bank branches, restaurants and fast food outlets, as well as other amenities. The campus is open and safe. Parking is expensive.
I study at the Porto Alegre campus, which is world-class. I'm studying Computer Science, and the infrastructure is the best I've ever seen, with top-quality computers and dynamic professors with excellent teaching methods. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone; it's the best private university in Rio Grande do Sul.
Terrible service! I'm a student and the University is severely lacking in the quality and speed of its service. It's always unstable and never offers a solution. And if you need something very specific, you'd better pray or have a lot of patience to rely on the goodwill of whoever is helping you.
I studied at this university for years, and the best thing I can say about it is about the professors. Incredible, unforgettable professors! Each one in their own way, but all memorable. The university itself has its problems, but the professors are the greatest asset of this institution.
So far I've found the experience very good, but what complicates things is the great confusion in finding the classrooms, with students and teachers getting lost around campus. And I hope to have a chance for scientific initiation, something that hasn't been answered to me at any point.
They update the portal right during the re-enrollment period. On top of that, they want to push us onto courses we need to take in the final semesters, even though I still have courses from the first semester to complete. Customer service by phone or WhatsApp doesn't work.
The telephone service is terrible, starting with the information that the payment slip is available. Which is not the case, because I'm not even a student. And, to make matters worse, I waited on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up and give up without being helped.
Unisinos has excellent infrastructure and great professors, however, it urgently needs improvements in its customer service, which often provides incorrect information, causing harm to students. In addition, there is incompetence when registering important documents.
A university with courses recognized by the MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education) and with good evaluations in the ENADE (National Student Performance Exam), being the pioneer in Latin America to possess the ISO 14001 certification, Environmental Management System.
The largest higher education institution in the Vale do Sinos region. One of the largest in Rio Grande do Sul and southern Brazil. The main campus, in São Leopoldo, is entirely surrounded by lakes and vegetation. It's all very green. It's even worth a visit.
