The telephone service was terrible. I called asking for information about a course I was interested in, and one operator transferred me to another. Then a young man answered, giving me the information but not wanting to answer my questions. How can a college of this caliber hire people who are not qualified to work with the public?
I graduated from the MBA in Business program, it was great. The professors had a high level of knowledge and authority on the subject. The environment was spacious and suitable, with attentive and friendly staff. I really enjoyed it and intend to continue my studies at this institution. Congratulations! Hugs, Liz @mae_empreendedora
Yes, it's municipal, but 10 times better than certain private ones, especially since my daughter left a private institution that was completely incapable of managing the chosen course. But advertising is the soul of business, even if it's fake and of terrible quality. The result was a lost semester and a lawsuit.
Disorganized and unprepared for public service exams. They took my mother's ID card for the wrong room and unit without checking. It took a very long time for them to return my mother's document, and they were extremely rude. They didn't leave the document at the entrance; we waited for hours to retrieve it.
The college doesn't meet the students' needs; everything has to come solely from the student. The student has to tell the administration what to do. I don't understand why one responsible department always passes the buck to another. If you want to study at USCS, know that you'll need a lot of patience...
As a contest organizer, I do not recommend them. I received poor service during the blood collection and became ill. And during the psychological evaluation, I had the main idea for the group because no one else had initiative, and even so, I failed. I only wasted time taking the exam with Caipimes.
There's a professor in charge of the hydrotherapy department named Bruna, who chooses students to persecute and spread slander about. Dishonest and pretentious. There's also a professor named Augusto who is lazy, complacent, and outdated. These two are ruining the physiotherapy course.
I was there to pick up some medication (through the city hall) and the service was wonderful. Even expensive places don't offer the kind of treatment I received there. The person who helped me was super polite, and the wait was minimal. I left with my medication. I'm so grateful.
As a student, I expected more from the university. The classrooms I was in were hot, the chairs were small, and the air conditioning was very dirty and needed maintenance. The professors were wonderful, and the curriculum was good, but the infrastructure needs improvement.
Terrible service via WhatsApp. The agent either didn't answer my questions or only answered with three words, leaving me with doubts and without complete, concrete information. They then ended the chat abruptly, without the waiting time limit having passed. Disappointing!
