My mother is being treated for NMO/MOGAD, a rare eye disease where prompt action is crucial. Unfortunately, we find that intervention is always too late. Only after much insistence does she receive the prednisone treatment that temporarily helps her. This unnecessarily costs her vision and quality of life.
Very bad services! Everything is fine till they see that you are not from Holland and you don't speak nederlands! Waiting for one pill for pain more than one hour all the nurses say to me let me ask my colleague if you are able to take...disgusting services for such a big and nice hospital...
I sent them an email asking for their opinion on my MRI and what kind of malformation they think is present or if I need to do any further investigations.
They didn't even open the images...they told me that I have a normal anatomical variant, although that wasn't what was on the MRI images.
Professional, clean and efficient environment with people that truly care about giving you the best possible help. Always all steps and possible outcomes clearly explained with well a noted reference to another party if necessary. This is what modern healthcare should look like.
I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, also because this doesn't seem like an easy job, but the more often I go there, the clearer it becomes that most of the caregivers are all incredibly arrogant and not at all genuinely helpful, or at least very lax.
Terribly awful hospital. Three surgery dates were changed and three were cancelled. Never again at Erasmus. This hospital has absolutely no communication with each other. What a mess! Yes, they're certainly large and expensive. But logistically, it's a complete mess.
WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THESE PEOPLE MADE US RUN AND GAVE US FALSE HOPE. BECAUSE OF THEM WE DONT HAVE TIME ANYMORE TO GET A TREATMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE ON TIME FOR MY SICK FATHER. PLZ DONT GO THERE FOR LIVERTRANSPLANT OR LIVERTREATMENT!!!!
Upon entering, this hospital is a bit overwhelming. But what a beautiful building! Check-in went very smoothly. All routes are clearly marked. The doctors were very friendly, which quickly restored the human touch. Afterwards, a delicious cappuccino. I'm a fan.
We went there for the birth of our first born. We had a good experience. The doctors were very nice and also personal. Since the hospital and gastenhuis are also very close and connected (on the same floor), would specially recommend in case of complications.
Non personal! There are so many doctors that the attention is unpersonal! The quality of attention is random depending of who can see your case! and They are reluctant to listen to the patient. Without the results of machines their expertise goes deep down
