After my accident, I was taken to the hospital's emergency room. The admission and treatment were very positive, and the staff were very friendly. Even later, when I was transferred to Ward 3C, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank everyone again for the pleasant days at Rostock University Hospital.
The doctors at this hospital have classified my healthy 54-year-old mother as requiring level 5 care after a planned brain tumor removal. The staff is unfriendly, and the doctors are unreachable and unable or unwilling to provide information. I would never voluntarily choose to be a patient here.
My sister spent six weeks in intensive care, and EVERYONE fought for her. The nursing staff was wonderful and so kind. Many thanks to everyone who brought my little sister back to life and who ALWAYS understood that, coming from Hamburg, I couldn't always adhere to the regular visiting hours.
I give them a -10, I haven't seen such indifference even in hospitals in Romania... I'm a truck driver, I was sick, I came with the ambulance at 9 in the morning, I stayed until 3 in the afternoon and no one took me into account, I think you won't see greater racism in any country
In an urgent case, I was taken to a CT scan within 30-40 minutes and into surgery the same day. I received immediate care, tolerated everything well, and had no postoperative bleeding. Thank you; this gives me hope that everything will be done immediately in an emergency.
