Terrible service, you call several times and nobody answers the phone, you go there and the "attendants" act like they're doing you a favor, not to mention the price is absurd, out of reach for the people of Piauí. It's time for some competition to appear and lower the arrogance of the employees there when serving you.
Terrible place, don't enroll there. It's a branch that depends on a central office, with total disorganization in the re-enrollment process and any request made to the department. Avoid hassles and look for a more organized institution with a central office in the city.
