Due to construction work currently being carried out on the Nagoya City University Hospital parking lot, there are other parking options besides the hospital parking lot, such as the Nagoya City Museum parking lot. Please check with the hospital. I recommend the museum parking lot. Construction work will continue until next year.
The smell around the Faculty of Agriculture building made me faint... Also, I tried a sake called "Nagomi Sakura" that was apparently made by the Faculty of Agriculture, and when I tried it with a friend, it had quite a high-spirited taste. I don't recommend it... but I don't have any grudge against the Faculty of Agriculture.
It is the university with the most well-equipped research facilities in the Tokai region, providing an environment where students can concentrate on their academic studies. It has many research buildings on a vast campus in Nagoya City. There is also a forest on the campus where hornets and other insects can appear.
Many of the buildings have been renovated, and the equipment is up to date, so the atmosphere is completely different from the old lab. It's bright and open, and the break areas are modern and well-maintained, which surprised me. It's no wonder that six Nobel Prize winners have been awarded in the 21st century.
One of Japan's top universities, easily accessible via the Meijo Line. My first impression was seeing banners dedicated to Nobel Prize winners. It's a large university with a free museum, well worth a visit. However, the lake at Nagoya University is... awful, not particularly aesthetically pleasing.
When I was a child, I happened to be riding my bike past this school, and I remember seeing the school gate neatly wrapped up and a sign saying it was being transported to Meiji Village. That was about 60 years ago... So the gate to Meiji Village is the old gate to this school.
On January 8th, around 8pm, I got off the bus in front of Nagoya University and was crossing the street when a man on a motorbike hit me with a series of loud, vulgar sneezes. This made me realize once again how lucky I am that none of my relatives attend Nagoya University.
Huge, quiet, with some beautiful architectures and fields. The university has a mixture of old and new buildings, old and new facilities, historic and contemporary designs. There's a Nobel Peace Prize museum here too. My favorite part of this place is the Toyoda field.
Although it is difficult to make a general comparison with universities in Tokyo, the campus atmosphere is truly university-like and wonderful. I hope that this will continue to be an educational institution that supports Nagoya, even in times of regional decline.
It is the highest ranked university in the Tokai area. However, its national position and popularity are questionable. Those who can afford it will probably go to Tokyo or Kyoto;^_^A There is now a station on the Meijo Line, which makes it very convenient.
