Terrible college, I'm not just talking about the Mauá campus, but the whole thing, especially the distance learning program. All the questions we have and ask the tutors or the student services office and WhatsApp always give vague answers that don't resolve our doubts. Thank God I'm finishing my course this month. Never again Uninove.
Neglect! The law class has been in distance learning mode for 4 years since the 2nd semester, and the administration is not fulfilling its function, which is to mediate and listen to the students' concerns. On the contrary, they don't even respond to us, and there's no class schedule scheduled yet. But the tuition is collected on time.
The college doesn't have a good relationship with students, especially for online courses, which is my case... It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone, and the branches in the city are completely uninformed, offering no support to students. I'm very dissatisfied.
Terrible service from the secretary's office to the coordinator. It's always a game of passing the buck; the secretary tells you to send an email to the course coordinator, who doesn't even respond to that. Neglect, lack of commitment to the students, lack of respect.
Terrible, I wouldn't recommend this college to my worst enemy. They don't have an efficient customer service center, you can't get in touch with them, I'm trying to cancel the course and I can't, I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.
