An excellent higher education institution with a strong commitment to continuous improvement of its physical infrastructure and human resources, it boasts a dedicated teaching staff dedicated to the programs it offers and a constant focus on the well-being of its students. We are proud of Manizales and Colombia.
Excellent changes and growth at my university! Spacious and well-equipped facilities of all kinds: laboratories, sports facilities, library, chapel, cafeteria. And a diverse range of undergraduate, specialization, and doctoral programs. Now, with the expansion, even better quality education.
The Academic Registry doesn't even answer the phone, and when they do, they hang up. Furthermore, the website has a very poor means of contact (email doesn't work; I tried four times). There are no instructions on the website on how to obtain certificates online or in person.
A very good university, but they're seriously lacking in communication and customer service. Of all the universities I've been to, this is the worst in that regard. If you want to study here, forget about efficient customer service, if you even get service at all.
