Doctors and nurses provide the necessary care and attention to patients and their families. We've been in the hospital for two days, and the only people who are doing their jobs are the caretakers and cleaning staff. Despite three or four warnings and an hour later, they still haven't cleaned up around a patient who was swearing.
I called to get a private consultation. After 70 minutes of listening to the answering machine say please wait, the phone was hung up.
