The Student Support Center - CAE 47-99204-6486 needs to respect the response time on WhatsApp. After the conversation begins, they take too long to respond. Often, after 30 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is not the first time I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the service.
The organization of student support by phone at the Bom Retiro unit leaves MUCH to be desired. Calling there is asking to suffer for at least 10 minutes listening to interrupted and random fragments of Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik without any kind of response or digital assistance, SIMPLY NOTHING.
My son only played volleyball twice a month, and I don't even live in Joinville anymore, and they have the nerve to charge me. They didn't even ask if my son was going to continue; they just started charging him. Lack of communication. I didn't like it and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. I was studying Gastronomy, the tuition fees kept increasing, and when I had one year left to graduate, I was in the technical part of the course and the professors didn't help me. I no longer had any support and I dropped out of college.
Beware of the 50% scholarship at Univille. Students with a 50% scholarship in high school are not eligible for ProUni. This is a rule from the Ministry of Education (MEC). Nobody informs you – you only find out when you submit your ProUni application. Then it's too late...
I requested a statement more than 10 days ago, even though the deadline for issuance is 5 days. I send messages on WhatsApp and they respond with a standard message, and because of this I'm going to lose my right to an internship. I wouldn't recommend this college to anyone.
I can't speak to the quality of teaching at the institution, but the campus is wonderful, it has a beautiful landscaping design, a huge library, a botanical garden with a vegetable garden and a trail. The library has a wonderful employee named Guilherme.
Excellent structure. It leaves something to be desired in terms of teaching facilities and the quality of service from some staff members. It doesn't have many scholarship options, however, it offers a wide variety of courses. I don't recommend it.
The college is unprepared, they charged me the wrong tuition, enrolled me in the wrong subject, the coordinators are arrogant, the psychologists gossip about everything to the professors, and when we complain about something, they take days …
The saddest thing was hearing from the head of the pedagogy and literature coordination that I am not or do not belong to Univille. After completing one degree and starting another for 3 years, I asked for help to finish the course... And I …
