The service is terrible. I went there initially to get the payment slip, and the attendant gave me one amount, but when I went to pay, the amount was twice as high. They're in a hurry to get rid of you, they don't check anything, they give incorrect information, and then they try to blame you for their mistakes. Horrible.
I needed help with some paperwork, and Jaqueline, who answered my call, was super quick and efficient. I went there in person after speaking with her, and she proved to be very professional, dedicated, and kind. She helped me solve my urgent problem. She deserves praise! We need more professionals like her.
The UCS Veterinary Clinic provided excellent care for my very old cat, and a perfect practical lesson, taught by the professor and attended by the students. They handled Pê with care and attention, performed examinations, and answered questions. I left there delighted! I recommend it to everyone!
Great university, I just found the staff at the foreign language center very difficult; you ask for one piece of information and they give you another. However, otherwise I found everything very easy, both during my studies and with the graduation ceremony staff, they were very attentive...
I couldn't believe that the university I graduated from, which I've always spoken so highly of (because of the professors I had), charges alumni to send you a simple piece of paper listing the subjects of the (very expensive) course they paid to take. It's not cheap, more than $200.

My experiences here have been the best of my life so far. I learned so much here, both professionally and personally. The University is a benchmark in teaching and innovation, always striving for the best for the community and the students who seek this institution!
Terrible, the teachers don't teach, the tutors don't even know how to read or speak properly because they never answer questions or know what to do. They just want your money. If you have a choice, choose another option because you won't learn anything here.
It's shameful to have these animals and not have them available for public viewing. When I was a child, I always came here and was fascinated. Now that I have daughters, I haven't been able to show them to them yet. What's stopping them from visiting? Money?
It's a very good university, good infrastructure, good professors and professionals; it's really a good place to study. NOTE: On the first day of class, they gave out pastries, brigadeiros (Brazilian chocolate fudge balls), and juice to the students.
