I am still waiting to receive a refund for tuition fees for a course where I was never notified of the start of classes (online learning); the notification was almost a year ago. I have already requested it from the university and through the consumer protection agency (Procon), and I still haven't received anything.
The teaching at the institution is actually good, but unfortunately, the student services leave much to be desired. The academic and course secretariats are extremely slow, they don't offer proper support, they keep passing you from person to person, and nobody solves your problem or issues your document.
It's complicated with this institution. We send emails and they take too long to respond, we send messages on WhatsApp and they ask us to send an email, then finally they tell us to call and nobody answers. I'm just going to finish the semester and change universities because this is becoming difficult.
