This place is very safe and well signposted... Although people think they are in an open area and are not being "monitored," they are mistaken, since the Security Team is great and they don't "bother" you with the way they approach you...
I find it a little "worrying" that they "think" that ALL "visitors" are GOOD people!
A very good, renowned hospital, wonderful doctors, the only thing that spoils it is the nursing staff on some days...they don't help the caregivers, they leave the patients without support, they only do the bare minimum. The staff on other days are WONDERFUL! They work out of love, but there are always bad apples...
I've been going to USF for years, whether it was for my wife's surgery, the birth of our grandson, my son studied Dentistry, my grandson is studying Law, I usually donate blood, and today my daughter was seen there and, as always, the service is at its most "EXCELLENT" with everyone who works there. ?????????? …
Great hospital, excellent service. My mother was hospitalized for 4 days and received excellent care. First and foremost, it was God and the resident doctors who saved her. I have nothing but praise; from arrival at the emergency room to the inpatient ward, they all deserve it! May God bless them even more.
We were seen at the University Hospital. The service was not good. The doctor didn't know how to correctly prescribe treatment, there's no one to indicate where to get tests done, you have to go looking for it yourself (poor signage), and the same thing happens in the medication room.
The courses from the São Paulo/SP campus were transferred to Campinas, and the campus in Pari where I studied belongs to USF but has been rented out to local businesses. Perhaps in the future there could be a much better-designed campus in São Paulo, funded by the rental income.
While researching the college, I'd like to know about the excellence of the law course and the professors. Since in the best law courses, lawyers, prosecutors, judges, and other high-ranking officials often teach, this greatly helps in preparing students for better qualifications.
Good morning. Regarding the oncology department, congratulations, the professionals are top-notch. As for the CDI (Diagnostic Imaging Center), it's a disaster; the service is terrible, with very long waits, sometimes up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. My wife became ill.
Regarding administrative matters, the university has TERRIBLE customer service; they don't resolve any problems. You can send emails, and even after a long delay in receiving a response, they still don't help at all. You can be on hold with …
Terrible, the staff aren't trained for the enrollment period, it's a huge headache and there's a lot of misinformation from the people who work there. The phones are never available, much less the WhatsApp service. And the website is awful too.
