I was there for less than 5 minutes, and the girl giving the time seemed preoccupied with anything but serving me. In fact, she switched to other tasks and kept me waiting. I worked for years delivering OCs for the UTA and always made an effort to serve them well.
The service is good, the only downside is the wait. But it's worth the wait. The service is excellent because they give you a thorough check-up. And if you have a pre-existing condition, they make sure the diagnosis is correct.
