The service is terrible. When I asked a question, they couldn't answer and seemed to brush it off. Public Relations Officer No. 4 answered with a frown on his face. This is a government hospital. They come to work as if they're just going to let it all go, but that's just how it is. Government hospitals just have to accept it.
The service was terrible. The facial expressions, demeanor, and speech were awful. I understand there are many patients, but for elderly people, explanations should be given without dismissiveness, emotional outbursts, and constant passing the buck, making them walk around in circles. Experiencing this was very disappointing.
It's a large provincial hospital. However, the staff, especially the assistants in yellow uniforms, speak rudely, shout, and speak without any politeness. Their behavior is not appropriate for an intellectual. I don't want to generalize, but I've encountered this so often that many people are used to it and think it's normal.
The service is terrible. They've been running the paperwork since morning and half a day has passed and it's still not finished. In short, they let the sick person run the paperwork instead of the doctor. They told the sick person to go stand in that area and this area. In the end, they just came back to the same place.
The wait was terrible. I've been here since morning, but didn't get a response until the afternoon. I waited for several hours, it was way too slow. The ultrasound wait was extremely long; I'd been here since morning but they made me wait so long I almost fainted. It was awful. They need to improve this service.
On October 14, 2021, my uncle was admitted for treatment and discharged on October 23. However, the issue is that my aunt, who was caring for him (in the area provided by the hospital), was not notified by the hospital when he was transferred back to the district hospital. Why is this how they handle this?
Orthopedist, Pakornkit Charoenchanikan, Room 47, should improve his speech and attitude. His advice to patients is terrible. There should be a major training program for doctors. Be more considerate of patients. His words and speech are unbelievable for a doctor. He doesn't deserve to be a doctor.
Other departments provide good care, but the antenatal care department isn't very polite. Sometimes they should ask questions. We told them what we wanted them to know, and we didn't want to argue because they'd think we knew everything. Even smaller hospitals provide worse care. Terrible.
The service wasn't very good. It seemed like the queue wasn't being called in order. I arrived at 7:00 AM and still hadn't been examined at 1:00 PM. The queue calling was completely mixed up. The Gynecology department on the 2nd floor urgently needs improvement; it's truly terrible.
The housekeeper has a terrible attitude; she put up a sign prohibiting relatives from using the restroom, even though they are here to care for a patient. That's incredibly stupid. How could she think of that? She needs to test the new staff too. (This is in the children's ward.)
