The clinics are operating in a terrible way. We waited from 7 am until evening before we finally got our blood test results. Do you consider a 15-minute task a success by cramming it into an entire day? You have a name, but nothing else. The problem lies with the management, but the employees are blameless.
To the individuals with the title of doctor who were on duty in the emergency room around 5:30 PM on June 22, 2020: I leave you to God's justice. May you suffer a thousand times the pain I have endured, and may you be treated the same way you treated me. I am also the mother of a healthcare worker.
The doctor I see is very good, but some of the staff are very uncaring, especially the fact that they don't answer my calls, which makes me want to cry. I can't reach them, and when I do, both the person who answers the phone and the department they refer me to always speak dismissively.
Plastic surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, it's a terrible, awful hospital, run by incompetent people who don't know anything, do shoddy work, and when they realize they can't do the job and don't want to, they kick the patient out. May God curse that professor there.
The hygiene is terrible, absolutely awful. They schedule tests and X-rays for many days, each one on a different day and month. We come from Artvin and have to go back and forth week after week for all the results. It would be good if there was a solution to this.
It has been 21 years since we received treatment in the pediatrics department, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the professors working there for their care, attention, and friendliness. May God bless you all and grant you continued success.
