I have always had good experiences and treatment from this hospital but this time it was the other way around, really bad experience from Dr Sunitha Samuel. She was rude and doesn’t know what she is doing doesn’t even know the dosage that should be given to a patient. Just prescribing wrong dosage amount to the pharmacy.
I spent a day at this hospital to assist my relative who was admitted. there's professionalism at every aspect. the plan to construct, expertise in planning and execution. operational perfection needs special mention. doctors, nursing staff, other support staff are all well mannered. I can say that treatment is good.
I had a very good positive experience in Believers hospital, konni. I did physiotherapy for back pain. I got a very good relief. The Doctor is very good and supportive. The physiotherapy was highly effective for me. The staff was very professional and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Dina, who did my physio therapy.

Good and talented doctors. Ambience is so different from that of any other hospital. There isn't the usual smell or discomfort. Nursing and supporting staff are so cooperative. Treatment and test results are reliable.
one of the best hospital available in Thiruvalla and changanasserry locality. Doctors will do all kinds of tests and checkups and so its a bit expensive and not much suitable for middle class or lower class. but if you got insurance, would recommend it.
This is only related to the radio department . They delay even in responding . They make us ti take their tokens just to say that scan not available and thereafter not able to see the doctor for today even if the patient is in wheelchair or whatever.
