It's a very good university, but not the best. I'd like to say good things about it, but I have to say the teaching system is very poor. They have problems with registration, admissions, etc. There's a lot of room for improvement, but you can definitely find some really cool people there.
As a visitor, I'm quite disappointed with the services at this university. There's mud everywhere, trash is strewn on the floors, the food establishments are dirty and neglected, and the classrooms are filthy and old. Overall, it's a rather depressing place to visit.
