I used a room on campus for a university seminar. It's right in front of Kozu-no-Mori Station (less than a one-minute walk to the left after exiting the ticket gate). The seminar was held on the 9th floor. It's incredibly compact, yet clean and functional. I only used the venue and elevator. The room and chairs were nice.
