It's a total rip-off. They make up charges every four months, and if you want to cancel it, they threaten to take away your scholarship... When I enrolled, there were scholarship rules, and just this month, they changed them without informing anyone. It's better to look for other educational options, since they're not fair here.
Terrible student support; they always wash their hands of everything. If you have the opportunity to study at UVM, don't take it. It's pure inefficiency and disinterest in the students. It's a constant struggle to get someone to answer a question or solve a problem because nobody takes responsibility for anything.
The facilities are good, especially the cafeteria with good food, but the extracurricular soccer program is terribly organized by the coach. He misses and cancels practices and doesn't give it the importance it deserves, leaving the kids who are genuinely interested without training. A serious lack of commitment.
The service is terrible; they don't answer messages or phone calls. We need to know when classes start and what paperwork is needed for new enrollment, and so far we haven't received any information. They said they would contact us when the registration fee was paid, and to this day there has been no response.
I am studying an online master's degree, and it is not well structured, the material offered is obsolete, and they do not have enough teaching staff since a teacher teaches different subjects, so sometimes he does not know the content of the subjects or does not know how to use the Blackboard platform.
Terrible service. They give you false information and then claim it's not true. Managers tell you they're busy. Processing is incredibly slow, leaving you waiting for a call or hanging up on you, etc. I've had a pending transaction for over six months, and no one takes responsibility! Terrible...
The administration staff never answer the phones, my program coordinator doesn't either, no one answers messages, no one can give me the information I need, it's a disaster, even paying a lot of money doesn't guarantee anything will work, very bad Cumbres campus.
Simply the worst university. They don't offer classes; the ones they do offer are online. Teachers are unqualified for the subjects, but they charge as if your level were the highest, and they're incredibly punctual. Don't enroll; your level keeps getting worse.
It's impressive that you can stay on the phone for more than 20 minutes without receiving any attention, but it becomes even more impressive when you go to the facilities and absolutely no one can tell you where the person from a specific department is.
