It's a university focused on medicine, but it also offers an engineering degree. Most of the students are medical students, as there aren't many medical students in the university. Apparently, systems engineering will no longer be offered there in a few years.
This was where I received my COVID vaccination, and the organization and attention I received from all the departments involved in the process were excellent.
It's true that the classrooms and laboratories need remodeling, but there are already new spaces and a clinic/hospital is coming soon.
