Absolutely horrible food and horrible workers in the cafeteria. I don't complain and the lady asked me rudely what I wanted after I told her what I wanted. Go somewhere else or you're going to catch a charge up in here cuz racism is real. If your white, stay away from the cafeteria, I have been treated so unkindly due to my skin color!
Can’t believe I’m even saying this but, I will legit pick Baptist over them. Don’t care about their patients. Nurses are rude, are on their to flirt with other nurses and paramedics. Y’all need to strip your game up, I wouldn’t even trust having my baby here. Truly disappointed and disgusted by every nurse and doctor there
This hospital is super organized and efficient. I stayed with my dad when he had complications from his chemo and the entire staff are excellent.
Just yesterday, I went for lab and a CT for myself and was in and out in no time. Everyone was courteous and professional. I'm happy that this is my new go-to hospital.
Went there for a serious problem that I had they totally ignored me. I don’t think they took me seriously I took about 16,000 naps woke up. Nobody asked me was I okay or was I in any pain or do I need any medication? Nothing just walked past me! if I can give y’all a zero out of 10 I would never again!!!
i went into preterm labor, and the care during my stay was amazing. nurses always told me what they were doing to my iv line and why they were doing it. the ob that cared for me was very respectful. my son is staying in the nicu, and his nurses and doctors have been informative and helpful.
My grandma got airlifted to this hospital after having broken her hip. The hospital gave her Tylenol and discharged her. They will let people die. We had to drive a decent distance to pick her up but she is now at a good hospital that cares much more. UAMS HOSPITAL IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
Absolutely horrific traffic and parking, I couldn't get my severely handicapped mother in to her appointment because there is no parking!!! I have to be able to park and push my mom in and I cant. Why even have clinics if the patients can't get in to the appointments??? Do better
My brother had surgery at this place,it was open heart surgery. He was fine before he went in, they allow him to go with out oxygen while in the operating room and he comes out with brain damage. He is having a very difficult time and they have not reached out to help in no way.
Overall my experience this place is the best. Doctor's and nurses are polite and concerned about my baby and my wife. Took a lot of care and gave medication on time. Got so much help from them. Especially the staff,nurses they gave their best service. 10 out of 10 for them.
Horrible service, ER was disgusting, blood everywhere, no respect for anyone, no body cared and it showed. I will say that the doctors upstairs were nice but nothing with the ER was great, I'd rather drive out of the way than take any of my loved ones there.
