My wife is 34 weeks pregnant. We suspected an infection and went to the gynecology department. We requested blood or urine samples for testing, but the secretary, acting as if it were her father's hospital, wouldn't even open an account without asking the doctor first. The doctor, however, reluctantly examined her, thankfully.
In dermatology, they prescribed a vaccine and gave me a prescription, telling me to get the vaccine from a pharmacy I knew. The prescription expired and they didn't give me the report. This is outrageous; they treat people like this, violating their rights. I'm going to this appointment only to be humiliated. Shame on them!
We can't see anyone without an appointment. Even if we try to make an appointment, it's not given for a few months. We consider asking the doctors, but we regret even thinking about it. There's absolutely no understanding from the doctors and their secretaries. I hope they experience what they did in this life.
There is no such a disgraceful hospital in Turkey. There is no logic to the doctors in the rheumatology department who are know-it-alls and make people wait for minutes after admitting a patient, locking the door. No one would wait in line from 11 am to 3:30 pm. There is zero supervision in the hospital.
I spent six days in intensive care. The care and attention of the resident doctors, professors, and nurses is excellent. All the staff are doing their jobs flawlessly. I extend my gratitude to the entire staff, especially to our hospital director. May God bless all those who contribute to this hospital.
May God bless everyone who contributed to the construction of these places and who are currently working on their construction. We wish success to the staff working in our faculty and school. I would also recommend that anyone wondering if they can come here and receive treatment should definitely come.
It's a place where employees use their friends, relatives, and acquaintances to get things done without waiting, while ordinary people wait from morning till night and can't get their work done or find a solution to their problems... May God not make us dependent on such places or such people.
What kind of way of speaking is this? They are completely unhelpful. You could have simply told me it was the wrong department or given me the right number to call. This isn't a chest specialist clinic. You called me wrong. They hung up on me and were completely unhelpful. What a disgrace.
The most ridiculous and uncaring hospital. Instead of helping, they only make things harder and waste time. They need to be more sensitive, especially regarding the registration staff. The hospital is incredibly overcrowded, and uninformed staff makes everything worse.
About 4 months ago, I made an appointment with the dentist and went there, and then they told me that I needed to reschedule, and on top of that, they didn't call me for the appointment date for 4 months. It's like a hospital (: (( Edit It's been over 12 months now))
