One of the largest Government Hospital in south bengal.It is situated in side of main road.All type of service are available here.Not only own district patient also the nearest district purba mednipur,jhargram,purulia and jharkhand state patients are dependent on this hospital so the presure of this hospital is very high.
Last year I was admitted for delivery... It was horrible experience.. Some doctor's behavior was soo rude...nurse and stuff behaved like patients are street dog ...wish I could take step against them. I will not recommend anyone to go there for delivery cases. I will never forget their inhumane behavior...
This is a Govt Medical College and Hospital in Bankura, West Bengal. Cleanliness not good but far better from previous. This is very old medical College. Very crowded and not cleaned. Inside hospital dogs and cats are moving. Nurses are very lazy, they instructed to patients family person to do their job.
BSMCH is one of five medical colleges functioning from the 90s. It has exposed it's skills and capacities during the COVID 19 period and in treating post covid complications. However, the current infrastructure is not sufficient to treat the increasing volume of patients in indoor and outdoor facilities.
This is one of the older Medical Colleges owned by state government. Over the years it has improved it's services but it has to improve in many facets to justify the label of a tertiary care centre. At present it mostly offers secondary level services although volume of work is enviable.
Excellent government hospital & peripheral medical college. Very good patient care in spite of huge patient burden. Very large catchment area. One of the best Obstetrics & Gynaecology department in West Bengal for emergency purpose. Standard for undergraduate & post graduate teaching.
Verry bad and poor condition of this hospital are. . . verry rude behaviour with Patient party and also patient... . . sisters and nurse brutally forced and slap mother the time of normal delivery. . .. thia hospital's labour room ia a hell. . .so please don't came here to die. .
Here patients have to wait for a long time for check up... everyday it's a huge line of patients. Doctors are good. They don't give patients USG picture or the papers ,they just write the report in a paper ...If the pictures or papers are given..it will be better for check up .
This a government hospital at bankura town. Place is too large and various departments are available. Almost all types of diseases can be treated here. ATM facilities available here. But the place is not clean enough. Flies, cockroaches are usually seen inside the rooms.
A medical college run by interns and post graduates, consultant are only on call,are present in ward rounds only on admission day....medicine dept is horrible, gynae and surgery dept is good...,emergency dept is non functional..., no resuscitation facility available...
