I underwent surgery in the general surgery department. I would like to thank Nurse Buse Han?m, Dr. ?brahim, and Professor Murat Çilekar and his team for their care and attention. The best cleaning over the three days was done by Dr. Muhammed, who was on night duty on February 11, 2025; he does his job exceptionally well ? …
As they say, "May God not make us needy or lacking", I think the entrance section of the D Block emergency room does not suit this hospital at all, it is like a labyrinth, you have to choose between black and white, going in and out. Especially if you are a foreigner, it seems like the emergency room is a bit far from modern.
The doctors are great. The secretary who registered for the eye examination today should have come at 13:00 but came at 14:00 when I asked about it. She scolded the patients. What happened? Sir, those who had an appointment at 13:00 could not get the examination. This secretary would be very good to warn them.
May God protect us from ending up in such a place; there are more staff than patients in the emergency room, everyone has a phone in their hand, they're more interested in their phones than the patients. You ask a question and nobody knows why you came or what they're doing, they just ask each other.
Those arrogant nurses and doctors who make you wait 1.5 hours in the emergency room for an eye disease and then say "we are very busy, come back tomorrow if you want" may be a blessing to you too. Maybe there are some among you who love and respect their profession, don't do it.
The hospital was completely sloppy and they stuck 11 needles in one of my arms for a single intravenous line, and when I reacted, they said there was no rule that a vein could be found in one go, whereas in a private hospital, a vein could be found in one go within seconds.
There are 3 places where movies are shot in this huge hospital, but only one of them is working, the patients there are disgraced, raise your voice to all the authorities here, get up from your chair and walk around the hospitals like a normal patient and see the hospitals.
Even during this coronavirus pandemic, there's neither liquid soap nor toilet paper in the restrooms, not a gram of disinfectant. It's as if the coronavirus was produced in some kind of hospital. I have no complaints about the doctors, but everywhere is filthy.
The university hospital where I was an orthopedic patient is quite successful, with mostly practical and friendly staff. The hospital is nicknamed the Blue Hospital(?) and features entirely burgundy buildings. I would also like to thank Professor Özal Özcan.
Afsü is a very good place in terms of health services. Even though I live in Usak, I think the hospital in Usak is far behind in terms of doctors and healthcare, so I prefer Afsü. Generally, 8 out of every 10 Usak residents come to Afsü for treatment.
