I don't recommend making a choice. Go and put other universities on your list of choices. Transportation is a disaster. Parking is a problem. Hospitals are falling apart. The cafeteria is another problem. You have to wait 30 minutes. There's nothing to do on campus. The best thing to do is get out of campus.
Dear Ministry of Health, I kindly request that you try to schedule an appointment at the hospital by phone through an operator. I wonder how that secretary you hired there is spending her unfairly earned salary. Please, for God's sake, let them answer just one person's phone.
